Question Will A new Bot Be Made?

Maybe, since there is definitely room for improvement with current bots (mainly in the customizability and UI)

For now though there is no reason to look for a new one.

Bots will most likely continue to be developed. I had plans to continue developing a few after the dust clears and I can't be the one thinking this. Reason being, as long as there's a game and opportunity to exploit there will be people putting in the work to achieve it. Niantic is taking legal action against the larger developers with huge followings because of their social media attraction and presence online. People will just make bots and release them as opposed to becoming an "internet sensation" to avoid any legal action.

But as the user above me said, no reason to find a new one, the ones that are out currently work, it's just Niantic has implemented security measures to find the users who bot and emulate.
