Also you only need Private Rank 2 now to play MM.
Those whom you see with Private Ranks 1 that are playing MM are because they've gotten the Service Medal where they've reached General Rank 40 and resetted for the medal.

Bypassing Level 3 profile rank for MM
So I know this is a thing.
I know people will say, they hit rank 50 and reset blah blah..
I have seen it with my own two eyes and I know it happens.
I questioned everybody and they never reply..
So whats the deal?
