someone is offering me a steam gift for $15

can he scam me? he's willing to go first and send it to me
but can he like get it back or ban my steam ?

Yeah he can scam you,I know exactly how to scam with gifts. Its very very easy since he can recall them , card them , steal them or something. Never take gifts its bullshit , take only keys since they cant be refunded under any circumstates.

Read it properly they wont give you ITEMS for REMOVED GIFT. Gift can be removed thru support by many methods like I bought that by mistake or something like that , just basic SE-ing
