It's just about the addiction, and honestly I don't want early wrinkles on my face, and my skin ...
I just want to look my age even if I already look 2 - 3 years younger than my age.
Also i spend a lot of money on that.
My friend of mine who used gum as smoking replacement did it for 3 months but we kept trying to make him smoke lol. Now he smokes again.
I didn't smoke so far any little bit, but fuck I really want to and my brain is itching me to do so.
I keep my self busy with random stuff.

Smoked my last cigarette, I will try to stop smoking from now and on and be healthy again as a normal person. I hope I will quit it forever even if it feels good to smoke, especially after eating. But I don't get any real benefit from it and I will destroy my self like this. I smoke about 25 cigarettes a day !!

Electric cig would help you more in this situation, when you feel the need to smoke, smoke the electric cig.

25 Cigs a day is just sad my dude, can't let stuff like that get so bad. It's like peeing your bed since you were 8 and you're 25 now lol. Gotta fix yourself. Not good.

Try switching out your addiction with something healthy like jogging, heard it helps for some. u gon do dis or tunder gonna b disappoint

Look, don't be afraid of failure to give up. After all the cigarette manufacturers are putting in extremely addictive additives to keep the customers going.

In Australia (and I am sure elsewhere) there is this prescription available called Champix. I just know because a couple of friends used it to give up smoking.
Very effective but can have some side minor effects.

But lets see how you go on your own - give it your best shot.

Not gonna lie, your not gonna do it. My dad tried to stop by taking nicorette, guess what hes addicted to nicorette for 10 years now. I even relapsed on drugs 6 times and now im at a halt smoking pot only. GLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Trying to, so far I didn't even try to light up one cig.

Recommend you get a shock pen and whenever you feel like smoking just click the pen and hopefully that will get you to think about something else.
