2. After your account has been banned Niantic wipes your players data from its database completely. I just made a new account and named it the same name as my banned main account which was level 36

Yeah I can't make a new account and use my banned accounts username on there, still says my banned accounts trainer name is taken

Jup username still taken. Maybe only the really obvious accouns got wiped completly. I think they are still investigating some accounts after the perm ban them.

Next time come with facts. Your account will not be wiped. You only don't have access to it. Thats why there are ban appeals. If they wipe your account after a ban why bother to have a ban appeal system?
