It's not a bug, you're banned.. change your IP address if don't work wait few hours.

Check your account, maybe softban or IP ban because you change location (dual account)...

snipe works in older versions... however i dont recomed it... it caches a pokemon form other locations (even other side of the planet). I guess it was a good reason to ban players...
just dont snipe...

can you read I posted few posts back....

you are never safe. if you are smart use 1... im not so i use 2 and it works... if you use more you will get ban... even if you use more bots at the same time...
