    Verify paypal?

    Hello, i want to get a laptop from ebay through gift cards sold on paxful or localbitcoins, these need me to have a verified us paypal and i don't live in the us, i have a reshipping address and i plan on shipping the laptop to it, what can i do? How can i verify my paypal without having a bank account in the usa?
