they uploaded the console to the base version now. im getting the same message they fuckin patched it already. damnit. looks like were stuck on .175 servers. is there anyway you can bypass vac checks with the console?

I heard someone mention making a new account and trying this...I doubt that will work. As yet another poster said, this is a problem with official servers not accepting you as a Steam user.

This is just weird. Does IWnet log you as a cheater, as well? That would we're getting past VAC, but not past whatever obscure anti-hack service IWnet is using. Maybe. I just don't get it. Is there some other way of launching the game without Steam(other than piracy)?

I moved all my files back to the proper spot and tried to launch, now I get this.
No hacks whatsoever.

If you actually read the tutorial, you would have noticed the threadstarter said you could do it either way.
If I have to re-install MW2, fine.

Oh, and when you leave the hacking scene for three years, you don't exactly get VIP access to bypassers and hacks when you come back. So, no, I haven't used an actual VAC blocker.

CHEAT DETECTED means ur banned no matter what a lot of bans were thrown out to people using the console just seeing that u are using console might be why ur banned?

By the way, that's the NORMAL executable running in my screenshot, not the one with the console hacked in.

the zero gear demo trick works if u find the right crack to patch it back to 1.0.175 or whatever just tested and works fine...

lolzoars to the max. Well I did get my MW2 banned so I go pissed at Steam(yeah i know it was my own doing) so I canceled my preorder of BF BC2 through them. They did refund me fully because it was a pre-order. So then I got to thinking, well if zero gear worked for MW2, could it for BF BC2? and YES IT DOES. I can fully play BF BC2 Bata, even though technically I cant launch it from steam.

(btw, I dont use/aproove of aimobts/wallhacks cuz i use my own skills to dominate. I got banned for decreasing gravity and giving inf ammo to everyone. It was super fun while it lasted)

I said that by editing the BAT file you can run any game through Zero Gear.
I can run Garry's Mod with Zero Gear and I don't even have GMOD on this Steam account
