Also get failed to join steam lobby, I have a 100% working unbanned copy under another steam account and moved the entire folder from COD to server so all files intact!

Any ideas on this, also tried removing the blob file that did nothing at all bar wasting a bit more time lol.

P.S. my zero gear bat file now looks like this

cd Server
START iw4mp.exe


was I supposed to delete all the stuff after iw4pm.exe or leave it in?

I haven't used this, but common fixes are...
1. restart steam
2. verify game integrity cache
3. try, try, try again

Do I need to leve the info in zero gear bat after the imw2.exe? or is how I have the bat (typed in above) correct?

Validating the zero gear one, then ill copy paste the steam apps back in there x]

Failed first time round can play for first 5 mins, even joined the end 10 seconds of a game
stayed in lobby - went into next game - 5 mins in 'steam connect failed'

and you change the .bat to exactly that - delete the % stuff after
