    CIS from amazon WTF

    So I have done 3 refunds , A week later after refund got the CIS email from .FR in fuking french even though I never used .FR??? Like wtf? Then opened an acc ordered two items and they arrived, then my acc got closed even though no refund and i ordered two items which arrived. This is the email: https://prntscr.com/c8p7ni anyone know a way to avoid this from keep happening?

    Can I use a different card assigned to the same address but get the item shipped to my friends?

    Yes you can, just create a clear Amazon account

    I mean :Clear all your cookies and change your IP or use a different WiFi or hotspot (I don't think that you need to change mac address with amazon, but if you know how to do it's always better) and obviously change to a different email.

    First thing you need to do is, change your IP address. The only thing you can do now is start again, and never use that account again.

    Clean all browsers with CCleaner and you will be just fine, don't use VPN and change IP

    Thank you for contacting me on this issue. I understand how this raises some questions. I hope that I can clarify the situation for you. I live in a fairly large neighborhood and a lot of people get packages here all the time. However my neighborhood connects two highways together making it vulnerable to lots of traffic. In this case all kinds of people drive through here including people willing to swipe packages off people's porches. After my first incident with a lost/stolen package I tried to make a new account so if an item was stolen again, it would at least be on a different account. I was thinking your support team wouldn't believe me if it happened multiple times on one account. After having my packages stolen again, I decided to do something about it. I contacted my community watch about this issue and it turns out I was not the only one with this problem. Luckily they assured me that they had a solution to the problem. A new road called "insert name" was being built that connects the two highways so people would stop cutting through in our neighborhood. In this time the road was under construction I had some success with receiving your packages. I think it was because I ordered mainly small items from separate accounts. Construction is pretty much complete and is open to traffic but they still need to paint the road. I think because of the significant decrease in traffic through my neighborhood I will no longer have a problem with lost/stolen packages. I send my greatest apologies for this issue as I know it costs you to refund and replace these items but it is also very frustrating for me also. Please understand my actions were just and this issue has been resolved. Please do not hesitate to contact me about any questions you might have.
