Make Your Internet connection faster, less LAG

Im not sure if this is going to work for XP, but works for vista.
Click start, and search, CMD
Right click it. and run as admin
Then type in
1.CD/ [Enter]
2.netsh int tcp show global [Enter]
AND WAIT, till someething pops up that says

TCP Global Parameters
------------------------
blah blah blah THEN...

3.netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled [Enter]
4.netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal [Enter]
5.netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp [Enter]
6.netsh int tcp show global [Enter]
Then enter and wait till you get the message

TCP Global Parameters
------------------------
blah blah somethings change.

This makes your connection to the internet faster. Like 10 times faster
It might not work for everyone.

I dont need this, not when i already fucking have OMFG 181mbps!!!!!! And this fails, You dont know the factors of the internet, internet websites have tunnels when you download, if their are more amount of tubes for the data to go thru, loading speed will beh faster, but things like direct download and use it will be slower.
