Their support helped me recover items i had stolen from my account. They're not shit, they just get alot of traffic/tickets so it can easily take up to 2 weeks for a response for this current situation.

Their support takes way too long as you already mentioned. I have had stolen items too and I didn't receive them back I only received some stupid copy and paste answer. Same goes for a hacked H1Z1 account that they don't want to give me back although I give them all my personal payment info, same goes for the OP. I also have a VAC ban on an account which I haven't cheated on and they just give useless fucking copy and paste answers. Anomaly also has had random ass VAC bans and trade bans. They need to get their shit right.

Hell i would know man, i don't know much of there policy. Call there support line? no clue. Put in a ticket. Don't expect a response in the next 5 days. If you get one, i'd be suprised. Took my phished/stolen items 2 weeks to get a response and they replaced them. I showed them proof though.
