What's keeping you from climbing?

I always climb fast when I decide to do so, I put all my effort into being better and it usually pays off, but after trying so hard I get exhausted after a month or two and I take a break from league for a few months again. Every time I start tryharding I get a bit further, I was Plat II last time so I believe if I start tryharding again, I'll get to diamond. It looks like Platinum is a lot worse then it used to be last season. Currently at Plat IV.

Maybe you should tryhard but not play 24/7. And spread out your games. That way you don't lose skill from taking breaks.

No, I just don't have the patience to play one game for long enough... It's all about entertainment anyway I guess, division really is nothing if you play for fun.

True. I play for fun and climbing. Like I don't stress about the climb, but I also don't play normals because I feel like shitting on people and having no competition isn't fun either.

Excactly my words, I try to be as good as possible in something I put a lot of time in, but other then that, I don't stress myself too much because I don't climb fast enough.

Took me one month for P5 to D5 climb. Was hell, but I did it But I enjoyed it haha

wp, In season II I got from 800 elo to 1600 elo in 14 days which is basically Bronze V to Gold II, fun times.

I played with a guy like a week ago who started playing League this season, got 1300 ranked games played and he's Plat III.

I hate Plat 1. I got to diamond last season, haven't really worried about it this season. Plat 1 was the worst ELO from Silver to Diamond.

Yeh, Got into bronze I now deranked to bronze III
Started playing in March and played ranked 92 times with 42% win rate.
