Who has suicided using the m32 launcher in cabin fever?

Never at Cabin Fever. I have my own M32 anyway so I'm not that nub with it. But in general I have suicided with it but I always take someone with me. Just happens when someone runs around a corner. If you react too fast without thinking you M32 them and you die too.

All others it takes one.

Yet it takes 3-4 grenades to kill one...
