Although you are absolutely correct, it doesn't change the fact that their new TOS is trash and shouldn't have been put in place. Are they in their right do to so? Sure. But we're also in the right to criticise idiotic decisions.

It is complete bullshit, and here is one of the reasons why. There are literally ads that play containing the content they are prohibiting. It's absolutely ridiculous.
