Tax plans are to cut taxes while staying revenue neutral, which will in hand add trillions to the economy by the next decade.

He doesn't believe in Global Warming, literally.
He also wants to grow coal mining, and remove regulations put in place by decades of effort done by enviormentalists. He isn't open to agreeing to the UN climate change deal in which for the first time in history over 200+ nations agreed on something, which was to reduce emissions by a set time. With a Trump presidency he's going to open the floodgates and pretty much tell every country "if the most powerful country in the world gets to disregard the deal, why can't I?"
