Is this computer good for streaming OBS and Playing CSGO?

I would like to know before I invest some time...
This is what I have

Windows 64 bit
Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 (total memory 4037 mb)
8.00 Gb Ram
Intel Core i5 4670k

I will be playing counter strike and I would like to play with good quality and no lag in game...

if no what part should i upgrade and what should I upgrade to?

That computer should be able to run CSGO on kinda decent settings at good fps

Spec's are usually the last thing you want to worry about, but those should be fine. What's your internet speed? That plays a large role in a good looking stream that is not going to be buffering every few seconds, with 280p quality every time you move in the game.

Specs shouldn't be what holds you back, maybe your connection like @kittensrule is saying but even that is doubtful.

You should be good to go, just maybe run CS:GO on more medium settings.

Meh streaming depends on your internet upload/download and so on ;s not on your pc specs.
