    How to get a thread stickied?

    Hi, sorry this may be in the wrong section, but I was just wondering how you go about getting a thread stickied in a services and shops area?

    Actually wondering this too now, not sure if got stickied for being a good shop, or paid for their sticky but those are definetely just shops rather than the normal rules/announcement stickies
