Weed & Alcohol

I'm heading to a party soon with my close group of friends (7 of us). The idea is to have a joint each and then drink alcohol throughout the night (pizza delivery ofc )

5 of them have smoked weed and done alcohol and said it fucks you up to another level, although I've never actually been smashed. Any advice if it's a good idea? I trust who I'm with.

Forgot to mention I have done weed before, just never been smashed on alcohol.

I´d say dont smoke but you´ll just ignore that.
Stay in private when smoking first time in an environment where you feel safe.
Having "experienced" friends will probably not be anything bad, in fact they´ll see when you have taken too much (if they´re good friends ofc )
Besides that from what I know one joint for you alone first time is probably a bit too much
Try it once and dont let yourself get addicted.

I tried weed once when I was the designated driver with 2 girls.
I got so fucked up I couldn't drive anymore and had to call a friend to drive for me.

If that doesn't clarify my point: take hits very very carefully.
Before you know you're completely fucked.
Every word I said came behind 2 seconds later, I felt as if I was a guest in my own body because it was not in control.
Alcohol is meh, you get fucked up twice as bad from weed in my opinion.

Weed + Alcohol = crap. If you mix alcohol with weed, instead of getting high, you'll get sleepy. Not just a bit sleepy, you'll probably start closing your eyes and fall asleep if you're sitting on a couch. This is what happens to me, I just feel sleepy and disoriented. That's why I don't drink much when I smoke

Do one or the other, just enjoy one of the given affects. I prefer alcohol, since I've done that more. I know what I can and can't drink.

Don't ever combine drugs. Not a very smart idea, unless you plan on crashing at the place where you do it. And even then, you shouldn't do it because it can lead to health hazards until you're sober again, such as abnormal heart rate, body temperature change, etc.

I love smoking then drinking. I hate the taste of spiced rum, but I can drink it no problem when I'm high. Love getting that next level fucked up.

Got fucked up at a party once from just alcohol, friend pulled out a g from his wallet. Smoked 2 joints on top of that and proceeded to take the bus. Whilst waiting at the bus stop I could not look at the random lady standing next to me without laughing histerically. Got on the bus and had to get off 4 stops later (My home was another 12 away) because I needed to throw up so fucking bad. Ended up getting a cab home and swearing to never repeat the experience. It's truly one of those feelings when you can't be solber for even a second.

Being crossfaded is what the term would be if you were drunk and high at the same time. I have done this multiple times, even including some other drugs.

If you get to the point of being smashed on alcohol you tend to get double vision, your balance will be difficult and you'll feel very warm. Now, out of my experience when I am high and drunk as fuck, I feel amazing. The weed and alcohol counteract each other and gives me a better control of myself and am able to function. If I felt as if I were to puke, smoking weed remedied it. I'd smoke a Sativa strain if I were you, otherwise, you'll just have a really good sleep.

I don't know anything about hangovers, as I don't get them, so I can't really tell you anything about that.

When I'm high I always have these surreal thoughts where I'm trying to find answers to things like "why are we here" and shit like that. Pretty much deep thought.

When I'm drunk I'm belligerent as fuck.

Okay I can actually say something about this topic since last weekend I went to a friends house for a party and smoked while drinking quite heavily for the first time as a sort of experiment. It wasn't really that great since the alcohol makes you drowsy and causes you to forget the events of the night. If you are going to do it I would advise having half a beer per cone/bowl.
