Just got accepted into the Navy!

With a asvab score of 41, I qualified for becoming a MA, Quarter Master and along with other jobs but I really want the MA Title ( Master Of Arms ) in the navy which is the Navy Police will be going to bootcamp in April to start my four year deployment. Joining has filled me with a since of pride, I feel a apart of something much bigger than me that not many can or will do.

Not many people can even pass the asvab let alone the medical part, Im proud to say im a Fellow United States Navy Sailor!

This is something i would not lie about, take great honor in being accepted this is something that will change my life forever. I cant wait for bootcamp and to see which USA Naval boat ill be placed on 6 months on duty with 1 month paid vacation cant beat it while traveling the world not to mention a free flight to my A school to learn my Job Beats working odd in jobs all throughout my life

I sure will, I have the choice of becoming a Marine after my first two years but im not sure because they will send me to Iraq if i do or what ever place were fighting a war by that time.

Honestly, Im not going into the Navy to "Serve my country" Im going in the navy for a better lifestyle so its more like of "serve Myself with better chance of having a better life" So the elections don't effect my attitude unless they talk about cutting the pay for the military or pay cuts
