Since I mostly watch TV shows on CouchTuner, then I don't know however I don't really like to wait couple of hours to see it that site, is it really worth of 12 bucks or it isn't? And does it include all the TV shows, even the old ones?

To be honest you would need to look at the future of Netflix. If it's going to be successful it would be worth buying it. You first need to get $1.26 billion together and then you would be able to buy the company. Not sure why you are asking us though, with money like that I would assume you have better people to ask.
