No matter how spammy you are, always make sure to request IP checks, and make sure to lookup each and every member. Keep in mind; not checking that one person because "It does not matter" might lead to somebody losing their items/money just because you were lazy to make a checkup. Always think of it that way. Just like approving an attachment for minions, always treating each and every file as an active malware.
