I can get on skype, Steam etc,
But When I went to Whatismyipaddress.com

It's reallly unusual, anyone know how I could fix this?
I get network errors, insecure connection shit.

Reinstall windows. You probably should stop doing everything on that computer and just reformat the hard drive.
Malwarebytes is the best solution
10/10 Would suggest NOT to type any type of PASSWORDS, EMAILS, or any sort of Logins...
Reset PC...
Don't fuck around with this. Its your best bet to totally wipe it...

Factory reset.
Unless you want to be spied on by someone constantly.
why do you need a vpn if your ip's already changed
I wouldn't trust somebody with an access to my network, would I?
Format your Windows, ignore any of your current files. Don't bother copying them because they are most likely are infected. If you have tried plugging a USB drive while your system was infected, format the device too.
Secure your network, would have given tips on how to but honestly, I don't know myself how to clean an "infected local network". Upgrading your router firewall rules should be enough I guess? maybe.
I do not use any type of messenger outside of MPGH.
Inactive but you can reach me through VM/PM.
OP your DNS was changed.
Here is what you do... @Mayion may be able to vouch for this since he had the same exact issue before I think.
1) Uninstall the virus manually if you know exactly what it is.
2) Go to internet properties, click the IPv4 option, and make sure the DNS isn't changed, or if you want to change it to google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
If it does not fix by now, you'll have to use external tools to remove the virus.
3) Download and run https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/ then download and run https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/unin...rsion-1.3.html to remove the virus. (RKill will stop the virus, then DNS unlocker will remove it)
4) Reboot and scan with Malwarebytes, and then download and run https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ (to get rid of the malicious adware thats probably on there too)
5) Reboot one final time, and it should be fine now. If not then you might wanna consider taking this to the proper section or having someone look at a log of your computer.

Unless the virus targeted the bios like they used to back in the 2000s. Those type of viruses will stick around even if you completely reformat the OS because they're in your bios. I'm pretty sure that's non-existent in 2016 but maybe OP is running XP with an award bios from the 90s.
