I love how some people still act surprised when they see a title/video saying ''Man shot by police'' In this case tho they had all the right to do so as he may have had a gun in his car.

Yeah it was a pretty messed up situation... he seemed as if he was obeying the things enforcement were saying... but he continued to walk to his car. Now.. me being me... and seeing what police do have to go through every day.. you never know what they're walking to get...

They've got families and want to make it home to them. You can't trust it... sometimes judgement takes over and you've got to bite the bullet. But they could have at least tazed him or shot him in the damn leg or something. I don't understand why these cops keep using this as justification to kill people.

Racism is alive and well.. but it stories like this that makes them want us to hate blacks.. and blacks to hate us. They're trying to diversify us... and we're open to it.

It's pretty fucked up to be honest. No other place has issues with people like this where the police don't shoot the suspects. They seem to be able to handle it fine without shooting the fucking person...

The fact is this happens too much, police are suppose to be trained to deal with dangerous situations, even someone goign to reach for a weapon. He wasn't opening the door, he even had his hands on his head at one point. The fact is due to the incompetence of the cop she fired her gun on him.

Maybe we should start holding police accountable for using their firearm not as a last resort only.

Does it happen too much? Yes it does. Hell there are even racist police officers but when an officer gives you an order you obey it no matter what your excuse is. He could be violating your rights but still obey it then report to his supervisors. Should he/she have shot him with a gun? No and that is a good point as they should have a taser gun with them at all times. From what I heard after reviewing the video one more time it seems that the suspect was tasered then shot which is completely in the wrong. I believe this is yet another case of police misconduct which sadly lead to the death of this man.
