Tips on forgetting your ex

Alright so here's how it goes.

I dated my ex for about 3 months. It's one of my first " serious " relationship and I was absolutely head over heals for her. She's everything that I've ever wanted. Smart, cute, kind, friendly and I feel blessed every single day to be able to call her mine. I'll literally do anything for her. From writing poems and love letters and dropping it at her door steps to quitting smoking for her.

3 months later, we broke up because apparently she felt that she's too independent for a relationship and wanted out. She even told me that the reason she went out with me was because she didn't know how to say no to anyone. Then some shit happened and now we ain't even friends. It felt like she just used me and now all the fun is over, she throw me to a side and just ignores me. She's extremely happy with her life right now and even stated that she was NEVER happy when she was in a relationship with me.

It's been 2 months and 3 days since we broke up and despite all of that, I still love her.

I really want to get over her. She don't deserve the love that I have yet I can't seem to move on. It's getting extremely depressing and drives me insane till a point whereby I've to resort to cutting in order to remain sane. I'm so afraid that I'll never be able to move on or never be able to love anyone anymore. Anyone have any tips on how to move on easier?

P.S: I deleted her number but am still following her on her snapchat, instagram etc. Don't ask me to hate her for what she has done because I've tried and it doesnt work.
