u can use what u want when u use fraps download a converter or smth else then u can minimize the size of the video form 300MB to um.. 40mb(?)
But i use camtasia 2 :'D

I kind of fucked this video up for one it came out little so had to zoom in and I put the same song in two times



and if you get all the setings right your video can look like this.

then dl sony vegas get hd settings render it you got 10 mins hd for 500mb
and then yu get something liek this
