amazon refund question
I want to make a fresh amazon account for a refund, i'm going to be using a new card, new name, new shipping address, it's my brother's card details. but the billing address is the same as my old one, will it also get flagged?
did a dd before and 1 refund

No, if you want "safe" refund all information should be new. The best thing is to have legit orders on the account!

you can change your billing address to your neighbours street and when the carrier calls just say the right address.
