How can I get rid of Origin accounts / How can I get working emails?

I have two or three Origin accounts all of which have a ban of some sorts and I don't want any of my emails associated with them and in general I want to forget about them.

How can I do this? Should I give them away in the giveaway section? Should I find some working emails to assign them to? If so how?
