there's a difference when paypal opens a claim, and when the sender opens a claim, it's a temporary hold by paypal, if someone was doing the chargeback, it would say "unauthorized claim by sender"

it's not me, it's paypal , i would never chargeback a donation especially if it was to a staff, that is just stupid.

once i get the money back from paypal if the receiver lost the case, i'll send it back, i recently just verified my account 3 days ago, and then someone tried to chargeback $325, $165 and $260 from me, might have fucked my paypal up. i apologize.
$165 was from a previous scammer on mpgh, there are cases on him right now, he chargedback $500 from an exchanger.

proof of chargebacks + refund sent to prevent the limitation but didnt work

Hacker only got access to skype, mpgh and facebook, no email or anything else. i've used same password on all 3 platforms, please understand this isn't me, if i opened a dispute, i wouldn't even bother typing this appeal/unban request.

Please show us concrete evidence that Luminous is in fact "Heyitzjack" as nothing you provided so far has gave us 100% without a doubt proof to say it is him.

Also, please do not post if here if you are not directly involved in this dispute.

As I always do with reports as convoluted as this one I just write stuff out and identify my findings.

Luminousv2 is claiming that he is Luminous, "hacked", requested ban.
Luminous previous name is SCATARENA not important
Lookatthefacts as no matches, "hacks scammers", claims "Luminousv2"= Skype: heyitzjack (previous scammer, multiple time ban evader)
Noticed there was a "#vendettaaccounts" in the "hack" messages, searched that up and that Skype is attached to a ban evader, irrelevant though.


heyitzjack matches: PigZombieFTW and Enderman333 (https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread...ght=heyitzjack & https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread...ght=heyitzjack)

PigZombieFTW matches Enderman333 IP, no proxy/vpn and the following:
360ed_JohnFKennedy
enderman333
EzPz.
Huahwi.
optifinecapes
veteran666

So.. referring to something that @ @Lookatthefacts said, I IP checked Luminousv2. Nothing. Just matches but proxy/vpn IPs.

Then I IP checked Luminous. Searched up all those usernames, no matches -- UNTIL

optifinecapes matched Luminous on one IP (and that IP matched a bunch of other users)

All the other users, coincidentally, were also ban evaders/scammers.

Luminous is whoever is connected to 'heyitszjack' (Skype) and therefore is a scammer and a ban evader.

Both users have been permanently banned.
