Using PSN Cracked Account its still safe?

It's still safe to use cracked PSN account? I can't understand the situation: somebody say there is risk of being banned, other claim that accounts are no more lasting long (they get a reset).
Only one thing is sure: there is a complete lack of account seller, if compared to last year situation and the remaining ones, they ask 35$ for Fifa17.
This shit is crazy, 35 bucks for a cracked account seriously???? When you can get the physical copy for 50$ on amazon.. WTF is happening?
