This may sound stupid but, how are you so accurate just after moving? My artic wolf is inaccurate as hell even after 1 second of stopping.

It depends on the way you use the snyper, the direction you aim from, and the way its shot.
I can't really explain its a thing you develope, like noscoping after a while you can tell its recoil and where its going to hit.

I can stop for like 1/2 second then fire but you lose valuable time if you're up against another sniper

I was just jumping and sniping with the l9 in snow valley and so was another guy. In the end we both missed and my teammate killed the other guy with a M416 :]
