All you need is the account name and you can start the recovering process. Now the amount of information you need to provide is up to Deca, because they don't have a set amount of dates and amounts. I have recovered an account that had around 6-8 gold dates purchased, with only 1 gold date provided, security questions weren't answered. I would recommend buying the account, changing the name, emails, and buying 5+ amounts of gold on the account to stay safe.
