Anyone tried refunding from flightclub?

I go on flightclub all the time to looks at shoes, and it came to my head. Has anyone tried refunding items from there??i have no idea how there customer service works but I assume it would be tougher because there all high quality shoes.

Well they'd most likely stick by the tracking info like a religion, so your best bet would be to say it's not in the box and cross your fingers, or say your address changed before the package arrived and nows it's at your old house? just be a tad bit more convincing XD

They require signature.

So if you want a refund, UPS (or whatever shipping provider they use) is going to investigate and once they determine the item is really lost they will give the money to Fight Club and then Fight Club will pass that along to you.

Yeah it would be the same for me although I don't think I have refunded a whole lot from ups.
