I just got banned (verry pissed) and i was wondering if reinstalling the game would fix the problem

Yes, reinstalling the game will unban you. Just keep reinstalling until it works. This is 100% confirmed by Valve.

We cannot unban you. The only 100% unban method is to buy a new game and not cheat.
