TV/Monitor SE

Need a new TV, but money's tight atm.

So I am looking if anyone has an SE service or can SE me one.
I do not have the money to purchase one then get it refunded, sadly.

So this is the only option, payment through Paypal.
Possibly could get BTC, but only for trusted members.


As for the TV itself, it doesn't have to be anything amazing.
Just at least HD pls.

( A larger monitor could work too)

Or, they just don't want to sell them mainstream all together?
