The Hive is intended to be a low end dungeon for noobs, the encore and the sewers are the harder ones. Sewer is supposed to be more abyss level and the encore is more shaitan style mini dungeon/encounter.

We don't need that though. We need extreme end game stuff, the games been out forever. The game has 0 difficulty as it stands, a dungeon that brings a difficulty factor would be better for the health of the game.

...except it takes literally years for one to get on that "0 difficulty" skill level.
Considering that, harder content would please only the skilled portion of the playerbase, not its entirety, as you say.
I'm sure an abyss level dungeon would be a very positive implementation.
