If you were using Tor, your traffic is encrypted and sent through multiple exit nodes which makes it much harder for ISPs and government agencies to track you. Your ISP would not be able to see the sites you are on while using Tor, hell even a VPN can stop your ISP from snooping on your internet activity.
Your ISP wouldn't bother with snooping around your house if they didn't want you doing certain things on the internet, they would either contact the person whose name is on the account or report it to the authorities, and they would handle it from there.

Unless you're hosting a child porn site on the deep web, stop acting paranoid. There are people on the deep web who buy hundreds - thousands of credit cards, you're insignificant compared to them.
