I'm getting cancer send help

So I upgraded my setup to a dual monitor setup consisting of Dell S2240L 60hz and Asus VG248QE 144hz.

Quick PC Specs


Everything works just fine until I launch a game. Since I recently formatted my PC the only thing I got installed is CSGO and it's been cancerous. Whatever my display modes are, either of the monitors turned on, both monitors working together OR both monitors showing same screen (duplicate) my CSGO fps is around 15-30.

Things I've tried :

-All video settings in CSGO. Fullscreen, windowed and fullscreen windowed. Also whatever the graphics settings maybe from very low to ultra, fps is still 15-30.
-Reconnecting monitors and reinstalling graphics drivers.
-Disabling Xbox DVR is Windows 10.
-Masturbating

None of them helped and this shitty fps is killing me. If someone can help me, much appreciated.
