The last time I checked it was still possible to get a few weapons and other items (even stuff that is actually not available for purchase otherwise) for just some ingame euro, just saying. It's most likely even possible to hack those "EMP" as those free offer walls often have quite a few vulnerabilities to exploit (I didn't check if such free offers even exist at En Masse tho).
