Just got a Palate Expander put on Today.

This has to be the worst thing I've ever had to get put in. Constant pain/pressure on my teeth, and I cant eat anything, literally anything. So my question is, has anyone here on MPGH ever had a palate expander and if so, how did you deal with it? What did you eat? How did you cope with the pain? I can barely talk at all with this giant thing inside my mouth, especially since it isnt at the roof of my mouth.

That looks painful. Best of luck to you OP, I never had to endure anything like that but I've had friends that did. They share the same experience with you and from what I saw, its not a pleasant experience.
