iPhone 7 refund on fresh acc?

With Amazon now carrying the iPhone 7 (sold by 3rd party seller but still fulfilled by amazon), I've decided I wanna get one finally.

But I'm wondering, do I need to find a buddy with an aged amazon to order off of, since it's like $800? or can I pull it off with a fresh account?
I mean I feel like I definitely could, but I wanna know your all's opinions of limits on fresh accounts.

Most of the refunders recommend 500$ or less on a fresh account so my suggestion would be having an aged amazon account for it to go smoothly

Do not do this on Amazon. They have new policies regarding phone refunds and you will most likely fail. Do it directly from apple for best chances.
