You take all of the code in the Pastebin and place it into a new .Lua file in garrysmod/lua. You can name it anything you want.

Then what you'll want to do is, once in-game, type this in your console:

lua_openscript_cl YourScriptName.lua

You may or may not need any extra libraries/files, but according to other users here, you may need them. I cannot provide these files because I myself don't have them. Best of luck!

go to the require bsendpacket2 and require bsendpacket then edit it so it looks like this. that way u comment the line out since those are kinda pfftt anyway. or just get the bsendpacket modules too

also u will need these modules. pretty sure there here on MPGH throw in you lua/bin folder

lol call the mods to Arms? if it goes down again im not reuploading it. i just felt like uploading something, take it or leave it. the modules can be found with a google search. just look. (also, most these modules are used in ALOT of hacks, u should have them)
