1°) Launch COD MW2
2°) Alt + Enter to put in the windowed mode
3°) Go to the video options to disable VSynk (strange name in the game, hard for me to translate in english :S)
4°) Launch hack, if it's active, text will appears in the left top of the game windows (Call of Duty Modern warfare 2 Resolution : 'your resolution', pos; 'x,x')

For me, this metod work.

Antivirus (Disable it)
User Account Control (Disable it)
Run as an Administrator (rightmouse > run as administrator)

XP will be posted as soon as its done making, patience!

alt & tab did not work for me so i goggle to see how i can play in the window modus i found a forum in german and they sat you have to change the conifg
this is what i did then it work for me try it out
config nach "r_fullscreen "1" "
config nach "r_fullscreen "0" " this is what you have to do look in the config and see what it say

go in the game go to grafig extra then you will find it

go to video, advance options, sync every frame
turn it off and there u go
