HELP!! me pc is bugged or something

ok so i went to start up vuze today and when i clicked it, it opened and it showed up in the task bar like ur internet page is now. when i clicked it in the task bar it didnt display nothing nothing shows up put if i hover my mouse over it in the task bar i can see it in the wee window that shows up. i now can see my downloads and also i have this same problem with internetexplorer and microsoft word

im on vista 32b
