Staff disputes should only be between staff and the person disputing it. In any case, GMODS can't really take any measures until some things have been cleared up.

In any case @Liz, has the user's @Unknown e-mail changed or password changed about two weeks ago?

Email has not been changed. Can't tell on the password. Doubt even Dave can.

Password needs to be reset, and possibly the e-mail. The e-mail could possibly be compromised and the password undoubtedly. The e-mail should be reinforced. Use a different password on it than any account you have. Activate two factor authentication. Do the same on your MPGH account.
