WTB Cheater's Lament Account for Paypal
I pay fees and you go first. I'm mainly interested in cheating with an account with a Cheater's Lament.

I don't want to go first unless you have an actual reputaion on selling accounts.
Reason being, I don't want to get scammed when I'm not in the best situation with cash.

I have some guidelines to what I should receive in the transaction just to clear it up.
No Vac Ban(s) on the account.
Not associated with any Phone Number.
E-Mail Credentials associated with the account.
Have the full ownership of the E-Mail account. Effectively locking you out.

Please make sure your account actually has a Cheater's Lament on the account and not a Hardy Laurel.
