Which country is the best to live?

There are many foreign exchange students at my school from various countries in Europe, Asia, and South America. They all say that the US is the best place and that they want to live here when they get older. Now I don't know if the US is the best place to live because it all depends what state you live in and such but the US has various types of places to live. For example if you like cold then go to Minnesota or something, if you like warm/hot weather all year round then go to California or Florida or Puerto Rico. The US has lots to offer and you can't say that the US is bad just by personal experiences. I've been to many countries and most of the states in the US. USA is a great place to live in if you are in certain states/cities, however there are many other lovely countries to live in like Norway, Switzerland, Spain. It all depends on what you're looking for. Once you find that out then whatever country you find is the best place to live in for you because we are all different and we all have different opinions. I've only been to about 7 countries in my lifetime so far, I would have to go with Malta. Why? Well It just became a European Union member, the wagers are really decent, the rent is low, you live on an island full of culture and places to visit. Not to mention you can purchase property pretty cheap.

another place i recently visited is Cancun in Mexico, that place is heaven, rather cheap too.
