Okay before I get into the main point, I just want to point something out. The last thing Russian wants to do is start a war with the US. They aren't fucking idiots and no matter how much fear mongering you or the right wing does, Russia is not fucking stupid. They are aware of the catastrophe that would ensue socially and economically in their country if they were to go to war with the US.

Anyways, on to your main point.

To put it short, yeah Hillary wants No fly Zones. And if you did an ounce of actual fucking research outside of Breitbart you'd know that what she really wants to do is establish Safe Zones in certain areas in Syria where Refugees can flee to during this war. And inside of those Safe Zones she wants to have No Fly Zones. Is this possible? Meh. Probably not. Would she shoot down a Russian Plane? No. That's literally why she didn't answer the question if she would or not, it's the definition of a loaded question. If she says "Yes, I'd shoot down a Russian fighter if they were flying over a NFZ" you'd have the fear mongers (yourself) doing exactly what you are now. Saying "HILLARY WANTS WAR", and if she were to say "No, I would not shoot down the Russian plane" you'd have the same Fear mongers (yourself) saying "Hillary isn't prepared to defend her policies against Russia!".

All in all, she said she advocates for a NFZ over certain Areas in Syria. She doesn't want to go ahead and shoot down Russian planes, which is why she also expresses she would want to have negotiations with Russia on establishing these Safe zones.

Well if it was anybody besides him saying it, then yeah there would be a point. But let's not pretend that Putin isn't someone who instead of creating "boogeymen" scenarios for causation to go to war, will just invade whenever he pleases. i.e Ukraine.
