Try to screw him up as much as possible. He screwed you, you have to screw him back. It is not right to scam middle class families, take action. If police ever comes, you can tell him the truth.

This isn't really a place to put this - the more appropriate place for this would be here Scammers Grave though, he needs to be member of MPGH; Rules of the site aside, I understand your situation, however what he did is technically a fraud, if you have every necessary proof of him doing what he did to you, then you can forward all this to fraud agency - or something like that, since you already have his location, it should be really easy to get him cough.

Anyways, I wish you greater luck with your case, and I hope you get it sorted out.

I suggest you get try to get this into Social Media. You can do a lot with the email + pictures,evidence as they gave RUINED many kind of life for people. From doctor interns to fired and from college to getting expelled.

Maybe get this into a news agency if you prove them with enough info. Or go to Facebook and post it and ask all your friends to share it. And their friends to share it and grow like that.

That is just sad though.

You can also try this in news TV like CNN , fox, etcsz post it on the visitor section and ask for shares. Or try to touch the heart of a popular blogger or Facebook page like those with 500k followers. Touch their heart enough for them to SHAREit,

Sad, i should say. Hope one way or the other you overcome the trouble this boy caused you.

Look, as "Mystical" pointed out, granted all what you say is true. This is fraud! And with his location, all the other info and evidence you've got, you can file a complain, hire/ask someone to go knock where he sleeps, ask questions, deal with him.

Also, do these, if you haven't already.

1. Open another PP account with exactly your real info used on that account.

Important: If your account was Personal, this time open a Business/Premier one. Otherwise, do the opposite.

DON'T do this if you ever created another account with that same info. As a PP customer, you're allowed to have only a maximum of two accounts. One Personal and another Business/Premier.

2. Call PP and tell them exactly what and how everything happened. Prepare all the evidences you've got (Screenshot of BTC transactions, chats, PMs...) including both threads on here.

From my experience, PP guys either aren't so conversant with BTC working mechanism or just don't give a fuck, specially when a charge-back/dispute case has already been addressed as it appears to be in this case. Yet, it's necessary that you do this and try your luck. They can look at it again and take a different course of action.

3. I second what "Buddie" said. I am gonna follow suit, and expect you to do same. If more members/people call in to make some noise, i am quite positive the matter will escalate to something that will have someone alerted and called to respond, sooner rather than later. It could be himself (the scammer kid), his parents or whoever is under obligation to respond for matters concerning him and/or his actions. Hopefully, they can help put you through with one of these people, and you'll continue from there.

That being said, i think you shouldn't bother contacting him. If he was able to do this, i really think he doesn't give a shit about the aftermath, let alone giving you back your hard earned money.

Your best bet is that you find his home phone number or any of his parent's and have a small talk with them while providing proof.
