Rooter Disconnections : any idea ?

Hey you nerdy lord,
Since a few days, i dunno why, i have smh like 60 disconnections a day, so no internet for 1 minute and it comes back.
It's like NOT POSSIBLE to play an online game since.

Here's some info i have from my rooter service :

Is this telling someone something ? I really don't know what to do, and my rooter provider do not have any idea.
Had one just the time i wrote this post...
Any help is much +repiciated.

I'd just try everything you can.

Are you using wifi?
Update your drivers, change the wifi channel, reset your modem, try it all.

Done all that except the drivers.
I'll update them and maybe make a large scan with malwarebytes.

No i'm not on wifi, i'm on wire.

Check your traffic (wireshark or taskmgr).

I think certain routers reboot on their own upon huge traffic to prevent overheat? Not sure however. It could easily be a different problem

Checked, nothing seems abnormal... but i'm not a pro. And btw this is not a full reboot that the router does, it's what they called (in my language) "lost of synchronization" : the router is not rebooting but, resynchronize every time.
If my problem is the same as i've seen a bit on my researches, i may ahve a lot of "noise" on my connection, if this is telling you smh

You mean on my computer network settings or on my router's ? Because all the computers of the house are losing connection

I remember a really long time ago I had the same thing. Someone had to come in and fix the wires in the street cabin just to fix it.

Yeahi'm pretty sure it's that, plus, the routers resync are on high used internet times, like between 9am&11pm.
So i have no solutions, this is not even a router issue...

Call the support or buy/get a new Router should be free if you saying them ur issues i also had a problem with my Router disonnecting randomly but since i got a new router i never had this anymore

just call your ISP, rather than trying to fix it yourself.

also, which kind of connection do you even have? 'DSL,ADSL,VDSL,CABLE,WIRELESS etc etc.

Bottomline, just call ISP. Tell them the problem and they'll probably have a solution for you within 10-20 minutes or so. depending how shitty they are at their job.
